“You gain strength, courage and confidence by every experience in which you really stop to look fear in the face. You must do the thing you think you cannot do.” —Eleanor Roosevelt”

We can learn to walk through sadness, fear, uncertain challenging times or even celebrate success, intimacy and love without running away from how we feel. It might be hard to imagine a life without drugs or alcohol, yet it can be amazing; it’s doesn’t have to be boring; it’s can be filled with heart-felt connections, laughter, and joy. Yes, sometimes it’s hard and challenging. It’s been my experience no fear, heartbreak, death or tragedy is made easier to go through by drinking or using drugs, nor does it change the outcome. We learn to experience our feelings good or bad without disconnecting from ourselves. Working with a Clean & Sober Coach will help you develop a strategy, a plan of action, and a comprehensive recovery approach individually co-created for a successful recovery of spirit, body and mind.
